"CQ....CQ....can anyone hear me?"

Greetings:

Well, our first training session to bring new hams into the hobby kicked off a few days ago, and the applicants are STILL coming in! Hopefully the new registrants can meld into the training sessions with ease.

NJKCARC is scheduled to operate a Special Event Station celebrating the 25th Saint Anthony festival in Roselle Park, NJ, from June 5-8, 2025 (like, right NOW). For some reason, nobody is hearing me. There is the Museum Ships weekend, KY QSO Party and an America/Canada QSO Party going on, but nobody is hearing me. I have made three total contacts. I even tried my home call, to no avail.

Hopefully it is just propagation, but somehow I doubt it.

Anyhow, have a great weekend, albeit a little damp, here in NJ.
