Stormy Weather, Terrible Conditions and Everything Else

Greetings:

The lightning and thunder has kept many of us, me included, from being on the air. As I type this, I am hearing thunder, amongst the rain, here in South Jersey. Solar conditions are not much better, with 20m barely active over here. I made one contact in the 13 Colonies SES.

Bob, N2OFC, has been offering his services, training those who wish to become hams, every Wednesday night beginning in June. He has three more weeks left. Some of the participants have dropped out, but there are still a few who are sticking in there. Thank you to those who remain.

The Our Lady of Mount Carmel SES will be held next week. I will be operating on site for one or two days, and I will be also be operating from home, along with other club members. I hope you can find us on the cluster. We would love to work you. As a reminder, Father David Rivera, Pastor of Saint Mary of Mount Carmel Parish, will receive all of the QSL Cards that we receive, so PLEASE QSL!

Our Papal/Convention QSL cards have been mailed. They turned out GREAT! Hopefully you worked us, and received a card. If not, we will hold another SES when we get a new pope--hopefully not for many, many years!

Vivat Jesus and 73,

Tom
